Username:  Tenant's First Initial + Last Name
Password: Tenant's First Unit Number + Access Code

Note: Your unit number is 3 digits long. If your unit number is 66, your unit number in the system is 066.

Example:

John Smith's First Unit Number is 0123 and Access Code is 1234

John's Username: jsmith
John's Password: 01231234
